Citation for Distinguished Service to International Education
1. The IEC Citation for Distinguished Service to International Education may be presented to any person within the university community who has performed or achieved an extraordinary record of outstanding, distinguished, meritorious and longstanding service to international education at UNT.
2. The Citation (which may be, but need not be awarded annually) will be an individual plaque, with notation on a permanent and continuing plaque posted conspicuously at the University. The Citation will be presented at both the annual International Education Awards Banquet and at the appropriate University Convocation. An honorarium suitable to the high status of the Citation may accompany this award.
3. Any individual or organization within the University community may make a nomination. The final selection will be made by the IEC after a careful review of the accomplishments of each of the nominees.
