The IELI application fee is non-refundable.

This one-time application fee helps to cover the cost of processing applications and is required to start the application for IELI at UNT. You will have access to communicate with our staff all the way starting with the application through securing your visa and finally arriving in North Texas. Welcome to UNT and IELI!
