Justin Permenter is a Senior International Advisor who joined UNT in December 2021. He holds a B.A. in Russian from Baylor University and a Master’s of International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A & M. Whenever he is not traveling the world, he spends his free time writing, reading, and regretting his allegiances to various Dallas-area sports teams.
