The Global Citizen Scholarship is awarded to students with a demonstrated commitment to their personal development as global citizens while studying at UNT. 

The scholarship is included in the Eagle Scholarship Portal. 

Eligibility:

  • Student must meet full-time enrollment status requirements unless approved otherwise;
  • Student must be enrolled in a degree granting program;
  • Student must have a proven commitment to their personal development as Global Citizens via coursework, international experiences, and or involvement in related on-campus activities;
  • Undergraduate and second bachelor’s applicants must have at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA;
  • Graduate applicants must have at least a cumulative 3.5 GPA.
